Generating qualified leads and enhancing them for cross-sell opportunities

ITT Oil & Gas products and services are scattered across three management companies with multiple Value Centers. Catalyst was asked to develop a print and interactive campaign to promote the ITT Oil & Gas solution, help drive sales leads, and learn what prospects want and where they are in the consideration cycle.

Catalyst created a microsite that continues to educate the audience on the myriad of products and services offered under the ITT brand; also included were customer emails and internal sales emails for tracking purposes. The campaign saw a prospect response rate of 1.7%, exceeding the industry average of 0.75% - 1.5%. Pageviews averaged 6.74 per visit, with a low abandon rate.
