Weyerhaeuser had never implemented a direct marketing strategy in their Business-to-Business efforts. They selected Catalyst to develop a comprehensive direct marketing program to promote the Retail Experience Network, generate buzz in the market, create demand and deliver leads for the sales force.
We developed an engaging, multitouch, integrated online and offline campaign, including a strong telemarketing effort. The campaign educated key decision makers in targeted companies on the Retail Experience Network. Catalyst generated a 17% lead rate, well above the industry standard of 8% to 12%.
