Karen fearlessly leads Catalyst account teams toward pitch-perfect strategy, development and execution. Her mind is in constant motion and she's never hesitant to voice an idea. Spend any time with Karen and you'll often hear her say:
"Now, how can we do this better?"
And you can bet she's going to share an angle on an idea that'll blow you away-or at the very least get you to think about it in a way you never did before. She makes sure the soul portion of everything we do is backed by the science-and vice-versa-and she makes it look easy.
Prior to joining Catalyst nearly two decades ago, Karen was at Citibank in New York City, working in direct marketing to acquire new credit card accounts. Karen holds an MBA in marketing from the University of Rochester. She currently serves on the board of the Jewish Community Center of Rochester and is also a board member and past chair for the Advertising Council of Rochester.
She, her husband, and their daughters, Roz and Jayme, spend their free time enjoying the outdoors. She also plays guitar and sings-and definitely would love to be a musician…if only she had the talent.
