While other teens were bagging groceries, Mike was hard at work at a direct mail production company. He continued to hone his skills in direct marketing after graduating from St. John Fisher College, and when the time came for something new, starting his own business was the next logical step.
When Mike and Jeff Cleary teamed up in 1990 to start Catalyst, they had a very specific vision: Offer their clients a unique perspective—smart strategies, exceptional service and winning execution. And have fun in the process.
Mike is a member of the DMA. He also served on the Agency Council’s Strategic Advisory Committee, has been an ECHO Award judge and most recently, Mike is on the 4A’s NYS Council Board.
Mike is a past board chair of the Advertising Council of Rochester and Mary Cariola Children’s Center, from which he received the Cariola Award and the Special Friends of the Children Award.
When he isn’t at the office or working on behalf of the community, Mike enjoys winding down with his family at their Conesus Lake summer home.
